We have started construction on the Turkish Reinsurance Office project in Istanbul. This two-block project, with approximately 9,000 m² of enclosed construction area, has been designed with post-pandemic office needs and habits in mind.

Key features of the project include:

• A minimalist façade designed to incorporate surrounding greenery
• Various functional spaces including office social amenities, open offices, focus rooms, and an exhibition hall

After obtaining the necessary permits, we began working on interior projects in parallel with the main construction work, collaborating closely with the future occupants of the space. Our on-site project management teams have also commenced supervisory activities.
